Chrome Steel Ball:
Grade 25 chrome steel balls are widely used in precision ball bearings as well as most aerospace, transportation and industrial applications. Chromium has a tendency to increase hardness, toughness and wear resistance of steel. Chrome steel is a chrome alloy carbon steel, not a chrome plated steel. Chrome steel balls have excellent surface quality, high hardness and high load bearing capacity. Chrome steel is approximately 96% iron and fully magnetic. Available in 5 sizes.
550 Cord:
Genuine US Military 550 cord, 7 strand kernmantle style is the most versatile rope for its vast capabilities. This tough, extremely durable and tactical nylon, non-rotting cord is capable of supporting up to 550lbs. (With the exception of the reflective and glow-in-the-dark cord which have a break strength of 400lbs.) Every individual cord has 7 inner strands, each with a 30lbs. tensile strength capable to be used as fishing line, tinder, shoelaces and in a variety of effective survival situations. This high quality cord is now available in over 60 striking colors!
Silver Barrel Sleeve:
Monkey Knuts® silver barrel sleeves are cast from a durable zinc alloy and are 100% lead free. This particular bead was chosen due to its superior resistance to corrosion and its overall dynamics. The intricate design embossed around the heavy-duty cylindrical tubing allows the bead to be gripped more conveniently while adding weight to the monkey fist keychain. Available in 3 styles, weighing over 1.4 grams each and embossed with the millesimal fineness of 925, these beads will add a stunning visual elegance to your Sports Knut™ keychain.
9mm Bullet Casings:
These nickel plated 9mm bullet shell casings have had all the harmful guts removed and this once useless piece of metal now has a new life on your Monkey Knuts® Keychain. The bullet casing has been polished and prepared specifically for your Monkey Knuts® monkey fist keychain. Text inscribed on top of casing varies.
Wooden Barrel Bead:
Monkey Knuts® organic wooden barrels are rare and come in three earthy tones including natural tan, brown and dark brown. They have a natural mild gloss and are the ideal size and weight for your Monkey Knuts® monkey fist keychain. All natural tan beads are laser engraved with the Monkey Knuts® logo for added customized appeal. Stainless Steel Shackle
Our screw pin bow shackles are precision cast of type 316 stainless steel. Type 316 stainless steel contains molybdenum which enhances the materials resistance to corrosion. Stainless steel forms a passive layer of corrosion on the surface that does not accelerate to the core of the shackle like a galvanized shackle would.
Carabiner Clips
Monkey Knuts® tough, high strength non-locking, auto-close carabiners have a sprung swinging gate that accepts paracord, webbing sling, or other hardware. High quality springs and gates allow for a smooth and strong opening each and every time. Length 3", Width 1-5/8", Thickness 5/16" (8cm x 4cm x .75cm) Not intended for climbing.
